Here is a good ESX config for a DL380-G6 with a Netapp array using NFS and iSCSI for VM placement.

FYI, the SAN switches have to be stacked here. If not, your NFS group will be on one switch and the iSCSI on another. You can use ESX to fail over between them in a port group and trunk them to both NFS and iSCSI.
